UK Map & Index

There are NASS branches in England, Wales and Scotland.  They meet regularly, usually once a week,  for exercise or hydrotherapy sessions supervised by a physiotherapist. Most groups meet in a hospital gym or hydro pool but some groups use local gyms.   Some of the larger branches also meet up socially, organise events and fundraiser.
