Who we are
We are a fun group covering a wide age range. We all enjoy the various exercises in the gym and hydrotherapy pool, and the benefits we gain from them. We welcome all newcomers!
What we do
We alternate weekly either spending an hour in the gym or 40 minutes in the hydrotherapy pool.
In the gym we do some warm up exercises then spend a little time on the equipment followed by lots of stretching exercises.
On a ‘hydro’ week, after warming up, we do a full exercise programme.
