How to find us
The Reading branch of NASS will be celebrating their 21st Anniversary this year at our 2015 AGM and meal. Three of our original members are still active in the group, having been joined by many others throughout the course of the past two decades. Fergus Rogers (NASS Founder), Dr Anthony Bradlow (Consultant Rheumatologist) and Angie Sandell (Physiotherapist) were instrumental in the formation of the Reading branch with help from many members.
Our first 11 years were spent, very contentedly, at Battle Hospital in Reading using the physiotherapy gym and hydro pool until the hospital closed. At this point we were very fortunate to be able to make a contract with, and move to, Pulse 8 Health and Fitness Club in Sindlesham to benefit from their hydro pool, physiotherapists and physio assistants. There we remain enjoying the care and facilities for the foreseeable future, we hope!
