The Fight Back DVD offers 35 individual exercises, 6 exercise programmes of varying difficulty and expert physiotherapist advice for use in the comfort of your own home. This DVD can be purchased from the NASS shop.- A selection of exercises can be found in the Guidebook for Patients which can be downloaded using the link provided.
If you would like to start exercising more regularly why not consider Back to Action, the new exercise regime specifically designed for people with AS? Although some of the exercises in Back to Action are designed to be carried out using gym equipment, the mobility, flexibility and breathing exercises can easily be carried out at home, ideally daily.
