It is important for you to have a daily stretching routine
You might decide that you want to exercise after a hot shower or bath in the mornings, in the evenings when you get home from work or even fit some stretches in while you are waiting for the kettle to boil or your toast to pop up.
You can find some simple stretches in the NASS guidebook which can be downloaded or you can give us a call at the NASS office and we will send one out for you.
You can also try the Fight Back DVD which offers 35 individual exercises, 6 exercise programmes of varying difficulty and expert physiotherapist advice. This DVD can be purchased from the NASS shop.
