Exercising at home

It's important to have a daily stretching routine  

You might decide that you want to exercise after a hot shower or bath in the mornings, in the evenings when you get home from work or even fit some stretches in while you are waiting for the kettle to boil or your toast to pop up.

You can find some simple stretches in the NASS guidebook.
