Day: Tuesdays, 19:15 - 20:15 and 19:00 - 20:30 (see below)

Cost:
Hydrotherapy: £6.50 per session
Gym exercise: £6.00 per session
Transport: Local trains are ten minutes' walk away and the 200 bus stops outside the hospital. Free on-site parking is also available.

Our Tuesday sessions alternate weekly, between gym exercise (19:15 - 20:15) and gym exercise & hydrotherapy (19:00 - 20:30).
The first four sessions are free for newcomers!
We offer monthly rates in addition to paying per session. Gym only is £19.00 a month; both gym exercise and hydrotherapy is £21.00 a month.
