Who we are
NASS Tyneside was founded in 1985 in Newcastle RVI and 10 years later moved to our current venue in Gateshead. We cover the Council areas of Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside and much of Northumberland.

What we do
The class on a Monday night is run by a rota of physios and consists of warm-ups and a "circuit" of exercises which people can engage in to whatever their level of ability.
Our physio is always on hand to advise and reassure. We often finish with a soothing relaxation session and occasionally have a social evening out at a local restaurant.
