Who we are
Our branch is a very supportive and friendly self-help group with members ranging in age from 18 to 80.
All exercises can be performed at a level to suit your ability - a trained physiotherapist is on hand to provide support and answer questions.
What we do
Sessions comprise a warm-up routine, cardiovascular work, targeted exercises, then cool-down and stretching. Gym sessions last for an hour and hydrotherapy sessions for 30 minutes.
