The Back to Action App is a simple to use application for iPhones, iPod Touches and iPads for people with AS.

  • Written and visual guides on 31 exercises
  • Audio clips on all exercises
  • 23 videos spanning all 5 sections
  • Information on other sports and classes

  • An exercise diary outlining a suggested week of exercise
