NASS member Gillian Eames accompanied by other NASS members and supporters stretched for NASS opposite the Houses of Parliament on World Arthritis Day (Wednesday 12 October 2011). Several MPs including Andrew George, Caroline Lucas, Christopher Chope and Andrew Stunnell stopped by to show their support.
Andrew George MP is shown in the photograph on the left with Kim Widdicks and Mark Whiteley who travelled from Southend, Rob Menzies who travelled from Christchurch, Gilliam Eames from Bromley with Rosie in the foreground.
Rob Menzies has turned a collage of the photos from the event into a YouTube video.
The team did their stretch as seen below and also collected signatures for the Sign up for Change petition bringing the total number of signatures collected to date to more than 2,800. NASS is grateful to Gillian and the team for their on going support.
