The European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) are running an Action Shot photo competition. The idea is that you send in a photo of yourself taking part in your favourite physical activity, exercise or sport accompanied by a short (no more than 100 words) description about how this helps you with your AS and improves your life.
All entries will be posted in an online gallery and viewers can vote for their favourite photo story in the competition. Obviously, the earlier entries are submitted the higher the chances of receiving large numbers of votes. If you do submit a photo-story let us know and we'll publicise it among NASS members so you hopefully get lots of votes.
The winner will win 250 euros, have their photo included in a special 2012 calendar and will have the opportunity to attend the EULAR Autumn Conference for People with Arthritis/Rheumatism in Europe (PARE), which is being held in Athens from 25-27 November 2011. Travel and accomodation expenses are included in the prize.
