NASS Sales Physiotherapy Cassette Tape

Side one of the tape begins with a talk on ankylosing spondylitis mentioning the problems of diagnosis. HLA B27 and its significance, prevalence and associated diseases, the purpose of exercise, the use of non-steroidal drugs and is then followed by some of the objectives of the Society.

The exercise part of the tape lasts for half an hour and starts with Jane Barefoot. At the time of recording she was working at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases in Bath. Jane talks about posture in general and gives tips on how to relax and reduce pain.

The half hour exercise programme then follows.
