We use St. Francis’s Pool in Haywards Heath which has newly built separate men’s and women’s changing rooms. The pool is heated to 31 degrees – ideal for hydrotherapy. The sessions are led by a chartered physiotherapist with a special interest in axial SpA (AS).
We meet every Monday evening 6.45 pm to 7.45pm (except Bank Holidays).
Parking is free of charge. Participants are covered by NASS insurance.
We also offer you a free taster’ session. We want to make sure hydrotherapy is right for you!
