The department has developed supportive educational materials to provide patients with an overview of various services and what to expect during their visit to the clinic
The department has also provided GPs with a referral criteria for services, and have held several educational meetings with GPs in the area to raise awareness of the importance of early detection and treatment of this debilitating condition

The rheumatology department covers a vast area of Lincolnshire and provides a general rheumatology service in addition to special interest clinics. They are supported by a fantastic team of clinical nurse specialists, very experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapists and occupational therapists
The department also has an infusion unit where delivery of biologic therapies and osteoporosis treatment takes place
The team also covers Grantham and District Hospital
