We are a small group of people with axial SpA (AS) who support and help one another where possible. We have good relationships with our physiotherapist.
We operate under the guidance of Physiotherapists from Yeovil District Hospital.
Pool exercise during school term time in a very good specially adapted building. Physiotherapist and first aid person in attendance.
Nordic Walking during school holidays under guidance of physiotherapist.
Members find the opportunity to meet with and talk to others living with axial SpA (AS) to be especially valuable.
Please note that you must have a UK diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (Axial SpA) or ankylosing spondylitis (AS) to attend this branch.
