Office closure

Following advice from government and national public health agencies, NASS has taken the decision to close its offices in London and branches around the country. This has taken place with immediate effect and will continue until further notice.

Our dedicated staff team are all now working from home. You can help us to deal with enquiries more efficiently by emailing us rather than calling. You’ll find a list of email addresses below. Our helpline is open 0900-1600 Monday to Friday on 020 8741 1515.

Suspension of NASS branches

All meetings and services from NASS branches around the country are currently suspended. We know that NASS branches are a lifeline for people living with axial SpA (AS) and we will continue to follow government advice so that branches can resume their activities as soon as possible.

The protection of the health of our staff, colleagues and members will always be our highest priority. We will re-open our office and branches as soon as it is safe and practical to do so.

NASS events

NASS events – including our Members Day in June – are currently going ahead as planned. We will update this page as new information is known and any decisions are made.

NASS shop

As our office is closed we are currently unable to process any orders from our online shop. For this reason we have removed all items from sale.
