Free Nordic Walking in Bristol

Would you like to try Nordic Walking?

The University of the West of England, in partnership with NASS and Quartet Community Foundation are offering 11 free weekly sessions of Nordic Walking for people living with axial spondyloarthritis (axial SpA) including ankylosing spondylitis (AS).

Weekly sessions commence at Clifton Downs on Wednesday 15 April at 1700 and at Southmead Hospital on Saturday 18 April at 1100.
