Dr Linda Dykes, Consultant in Emergency Medicine has co-produced a blog with NASS Member Gareth Dwyer.
It highlights the risk of unusual, spontaneous and dangerous fractures in AS that may occur with minimal or no trauma.
The blog talks very honestly about Gareth's unsatisfactory visit to the Emergency Department, using their mistakes to educate others. We think this is a fantastic approach from Dr Dykes and her team and we'd love to see others follow her lead. Please click on the image to go to the blog.
