Checking your movements at home – quick checks and maybe even a BASMI ?

Claire, AStretch Chairman will spend a few minutes running through some quick ways that people can review their movements at home. Whilst delegates also then have the opportunity to chat together around table simultaneously, members of AStretch will be sat at tables taking delegates through BASMI measurements – get your partners or someone at home ready to help you measure!
