A friendly group with a mix between those who live locally and commuters in and out of London. Members find the opportunity to meet with and talk to others living with axial SpA (AS) especially valuable.
We guarentee a minimum of two sessions of hydrotherapy in the fantastic pool at The London Clinic each month. The hydrotherapy pool has a capacity of 8 people so we manage so we cannot guarantee everyone can go every week. Bookings are managed through the branch WhatsApp group and we strive to ensure everyone gets the dates they want.
We additionally run an online drop-in session via Zoom session every Thursday at 18:30 which lasts an hour. During that session we chat and then play one of our library of physiotherapy videos for people to follow along too if they choose.
Please note that you must have a UK diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (Axial SpA) including ankylosing spondylitis (AS) to attend this branch.
