We meet online every Thursday evening for an exercise session led by an experienced physiotherapist with an interest in axial SpA (AS).
Our online session lasts 30 minutes and there’s plenty of time for a chat afterwards. Members find the opportunity to meet with and talk to others living with axial SpA (AS) especially valuable.
Please note that you must have a UK diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (Axial SpA) or ankylosing spondylitis (AS) to attend this branch.
