We aim to manage our condition through regular exercise and support from physiotherapists with a specialist interest in axial SpA (AS).We meet for a hydrotherapy session with exercises especially targeted for people with axial SpA (AS).
Please note that you must have a UK diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (Axial SpA) or ankylosing spondylitis (AS) to attend this branch.
