Cost: £10 per session (but we hope to reduce the cost as we get established)
Our first session was held on Monday 17 October and we are still finding just the right time to meet on a Monday evening. For now we are meeting at either 1800 or 1845 for 40 minutes of hydrotherapy.
Over the next few months we might adjust the time, add a second hydrotherapy session and even be able to offer a gym session too.
We are meeting in a really nice warm hydrotherapy pool within the Leonard Cheshire Centre and we welcome anyone who would like to come and give it a try.
You must have a diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (Axial SpA) or ankylosing spondylitis (AS) from a UK rheumatologist to attend our branch sessions.
