We are a small group who meet each Wednesday for a session of axial SpA (AS) exercises in the hydrotherapy pool at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.
Each session is run by a qualified physiotherapist and assistant. Sessions include a range of exercises to suit all comers and tailored for axial SpA (AS).
Please note that you must have a UK diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (Axial SpA) or ankylosing spondylitis (AS) to attend this branch.
