We’re a fun and friendly group. We welcome any new members on board.
Our online stretch sessions are led by a physiotherapist with a special interest in axial SpA (AS).
Members find the opportunity to meet with and talk to others affected to be especially valuable.
You also have the opportunity to discuss any concerns you are having with the supervising physiotherapist.
Please note that you must have a UK diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (Axial SpA) or ankylosing spondylitis (AS) to attend this branch.
