Cost £5 per session.
The area the South Lakes covers is from Flookburgh and Coniston in the west to Carnforth in the south; Kirkby Lonsdale in the East, and Grasmere and the Langdale Vally in the north.
Hydrotherapy
We meet fortnightly on a Wednesday between 19:15 and 20:15 for hydrotherapy. The pool in Kendal is a good size and we can accept 20 people in the pool at any one time. We have a physiotherapist who leads the session and who is in the pool with us.
Stretch session
We meet monthly on a Wednesday between 18:30 and 19:30 for a physiotherapist-led stretch session.
