We are a well established, friendly branch who enjoy helping each other manage our condition.
We alternate between hydrotherapy and gym exercise sessions each week. Both sessions include stretching and cardiovascular exercises.
Work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
Please note that you must have a UK diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (Axial SpA) or ankylosing spondylitis (AS) to attend this branch.
