This NASS group was established in the 1980’s. We are supported by the Rheumatology Department of Wexham Park Hospital Slough, who refer patients to us. We are lucky to be able to use the facilities of the Rehabilitation Department, the wonderful pool and gym, both of which have undergone recent improvements.
We offer weekly sessions, 45 mins pool and 45 mins in the gym, in 2 parallel sessions, so we can access both facilities each week. These sessions are led by a great group of Physiotherapists who are very supportive and encourage us to do what we can. We can ask questions and support each other as we suffer from flare ups etc. Those of us who attend weekly really see the benefits of this tailored regular exercise.
We have showers, changing facilities and lockers. In fact everything you need. Please come along and give us a try, we would love to see you.
