We are a very friendly group which has been running since 1994. We also have a wonderful dedicated team of physiotherapists who have been with us for a good many years.
New members are most welcome to join us so please get in touch. We’d love to hear from you.
We meet once a fortnight for a choice of either physiotherapy or hydrotherapy, where all of the stretches and exercises are varied and suited to our needs. We also have a regular poolside assistant every session.
We also have social evenings during the year where patients, physios and family members can get together. Members find the opportunity to meet with and talk to others affected by axial SpA (AS) to be especially valuable.
Please note that you must have a UK diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (axial SpA) or ankylosing spondylitis (AS) to attend this branch.
