Bring your strategic energy and drive to the NASS Board of Trustees

Every year we hold elections for the NASS Board of Trustees which are voted for in advance of the Annual General Meeting by our members. Being a trustee is a unique opportunity to drive forward the strategic direction of the charity.

This year we have four places on the Board where the position is either vacant, or a current trustee is standing for re-election as they have completed their term.

Trustees should use any specific skills, knowledge or experience they have to help the Board reach sound decisions, as well as provide strategic direction for the CEO and team when we are planning our projects and programmes of work.

Who are we looking for?

Three people with lived experience and one healthcare professional to join.

We are also particularly interested in encouraging people who have experience in marketing and communications to stand for election.

What is the time commitment?

Trustees are expected to attend all four Board meetings each year. In addition, trustees are encouraged to attend some of the events organised by NASS such as our parliamentary and educational events.
