Your SpAce: discover ways to manage your axial SpA in a supportive community

On Thursday 30 March 2023, NASS launched a new programme, Your SpAce.

Created in partnership with people living with axial spondyloarthritis (axial SpA) and healthcare professionals, Your SpAce enables people with axial SpA to discover new ways to manage their condition, in their own time and at their own pace.

The programme is free to access on the NASS website and YouTube channel and includes short informative videos on topics such as pain, fatigue and flares, as well as videos of people with axial SpA sharing their experiences.

Your SpAce is more than just an online resource. We are building a supportive community through free monthly online meetups. These will provide a relaxed way to connect with others living with axial SpA, share ideas and get support.

Thank you to everyone with axial SpA and the healthcare professionals who were involved in the consultation and steering group. We would also like to thank Wendy Rakison for sharing her experiences of life with axial SpA and Ben Marlow for not only sharing his experiences but also for assisting on the filming and editing of the videos.

Healthcare professionals can order a free promotional pack from our guide ordering page, including postcards to easily signpost to the resources.
