This information is for anyone with axial spondyloarthritis, including people with ankylosing spondylitis
It has been created by physiotherapists and exercise therapists working with NASS and uses up to date know-how from the fields of physiotherapy and sports medicine.
The programme is clear, straightforward and enjoyable. You can follow it in your gym or at home as part of your daily routine.
This programme covers mobility, cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and breathing exercises with additional information on other classes and sport as well as information about axial SpA for exercise instructors.
