Health and Wellbeing Workshop in Cornwall

Health and Wellbeing Workshop

NASS Cornwall are delighted to be hosting their first health and well-being workshop in October – an opportunity for you to learn more about managing your condition and get to know others in your axial SpA community.

The workshop will be a mixture of exercise tasters (tailored for a range of abilities), along with talks and Q&A sessions. There will be representatives from NASS, and other organisations covering topics such as medication and biologic therapy, physiotherapy, massage and exercise.

We do hope you’ll be able to join us on Saturday 19 October (10 – 4pm) at the Merlin Centre (Hewas Water, PL26 7JF). Tea and coffee will be included in the event cost of £10, along with a full pack of NASS guides and mood bands. You are also very welcome to bring along one carer, partner, friend, or family member for an additional £5.

Please bring your own lunch and wear loose fitting comfortable clothing for exercise taster sessions. Spaces are limited, so please book your place by contacting Dee at cornwall@nass.co.uk.
